FIRE RATED DOORS

It cuts the contact with the fire environment and ensures the safety of the employees and the building. As soon as the ambient temperature reaches 74 °, the fire start temperature, it immediately closes and prevents the spread of flame and smoke. The spring system support allows them to close again automatically when opened for any reason. Provides emergency exit with panic bar.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Fire doors should be certified doors which will prevent the passage of smoke and flame during the fire and the spread of the fire between the sections, which will allow human evacuation and will maintain its durability within the specified resistance period.

QUALITY AND CERTIFICATION

• The provider must have ISO 9001 quality assurance certificate.
• The provider must have TSE Service location qualification certificate.
• The Provider must have T.C. The Ministry of Industry a post-sales qualification certificate.
• The provider must be a member of IDA (International Door Association).
• The provider company must have 18001 OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certificate.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

• Doors must be fire rated EI 45, EI 60, EI 90, E 120.
• The door frame must be made of 1.5 – 2.0 mm DKP or galvanized steel and prevent airflow.
• The door leaf should be manufactured from 1.0 – 1.2 mm DKP or galvanized sheet by sandwich panel technique.
• Stone wool should be used as insulation material.
• Door frame and wing should be painted in desired RAL color.
• There should be a 2 * 20 mm expandable smoke seal on the door frame.
• For 60 minutes, the thickness of the fire resistant door should be 60 mm.
• The weight of the fire-resistant door for 60 minutes should be approximately 26 kg / m2.
• 90-120 minutes fire resistant door leaf thickness should be 70 mm.
• The wing weight of the fire resistant door should be approximately 28 kg / m2 for 90-120 minutes.
• The doors must have 2 hinges on each leaf.
• For doors with a height of more than 2400 mm, the number of hinges must increase to 3.
• The door should be supplied with ergonomically designed, black, fire-resistant door handles and lock and cylinder key mounted on the wing.
• Doors must have TS EN 1634-1 certificates.
• 5 A 1.5 mm thick anchor sheet should be provided on the door frame for wall mounting.
• Certified panic bars should be added for escape doors.
• When using a panic bar, the door should be able to be opened from the inside with the panic handle even if it is locked from the outside.
• Panic bars used must have UNE-EN 1125 certification and ensure that the door opens with a force of less than 80 N.
• The operating instructions for installation and maintenance must be available.
• Doors should provide heat and sound insulation.
• In the case of double-leaf doors, the closing sequence must be standard.
