Road Blocker is used in controlled entrance and exit areas which provide safe passage in places requiring heavy security. Easy to use, low maintenance, this device is designed using today’s technology.

Road blocker with solar panel works with solar energy in the absence of electrical energy. It converts solar energy into electrical energy during the day and provides uninterrupted operation at night. Solar panel can work in all weather conditions according to the system to be selected.

The Road Blocker will not be affected by the impact of 30 tons of vehicles per axle, nor will it be deformed from passing over these vehicles.

The subsoil parts on the ground are made of ST912 steel NPU, and the supporting columns are coated with hot dip galvanizing after ST912 steel NPI and then coated with static paint.

The casing of the parts on the ground is made of ST912 steel NPU and covered with 10 mm ST37 quality steel sheet with hot dip galvanizing and the roads are painted with static paint in accordance with the level sign.

Installation of the system; the bottom casing is fixed with high-dose concrete. After the concrete dries, the upper mobile part is fixed. The power supply of the automation and power unit is powered by a solar panel-charged battery. Batteries are selected according to the operating capacity of the system and provide 24-hour uninterrupted operation. The hydraulic power unit is powered by a DC 24 volt electric motor and a maintenance-free dry battery that supplies this motor. The solar panel is used to charge the battery and the energy requirement is provided from these batteries. In addition, opening and closing times can be adjusted within 5-10 seconds. In case of malfunction, it can be used with hand jack.
